Orchid Show, Mo Botanical Gardens, St Louis, Mo.

In the last gloom of the ending winter, I went to the Orchid Show at the Gardens and entered a Wonderland. An overwhelming lush tropical forest with a riot of color. I photographed everything, but these are my favorites. They are not the Orchids you are used to. I have included a white moth orchid, but the yellow keeps drawing my attention. I keep playing Alice in Wonderland over in my head when I look at it. She is in the garden and the flowers start talking….
