The Botanical Gardens, St. Louis, MO.
I lost track of where I was at and what time it was. I could have spent four more hours at the gardens, but ran out of time. Around every bend in the path or corner of a building there was something different to see and we did not cover nearly half of it. We toured the Maze and Victorian Observatory. Walked the grounds of the Tower Grove House and Mausoleum. I was hoping to catch a fox in the Woodland Garden, but no sightings of a bushy tail, only a statue of three dancing ladies. I did find the cutest Bunny in the Children’s Garden. I’m not sure how we got to the Sensory Garden, but it was wonderful. Sight – was a riot of colorful beds. Sound – was a bird garden (all quiet there, only Bees). Smell – was a wonderful Herb Garden. I could not keep my hands off of the plants. I love the smell of Sage and Rosemary and Thyme. Taste – Fruit and Vegetables! It was a delightful experience.

I can see why you could hardly break yourself away. What a lovely place, and I absolutely adore the last photo. Wish it were one of mine. Blessings, Natalie
It was hard to leave Natalie! We were there for four hours and did not cover nearly 2/3rds of it. I will definatley be going back. We missed the Ottoman Garden and the Orchids will bloom in the Climatron in January.
Can’t wait to see more pictures when you do make it to the Ottoman Garden and the orchids in January. Blessings, Natalie
